I know someone who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and she takes several vitamins/supplements to help with her disease. She takes Lecithin as it helps secrete a mucous on the end of the nerves and MS directly attacks nerve endings so anything extra that can throw around the myelin of her nerves is good. She also takes Vitamin D, as studies have shown it helps ward off MS attacks. And she takes vitamin B complex formula. MS causes frequent fatique and vitamin B is known to help your energy level. When you have a chronic illness like MS, every little edge you can possibly get you try.
