www.ripoffreport.com
Or Try Google.com.(Its a Big Pain For Search)
These Sites Offers u a List of Scamming Websites.

there should be a way to dicover and avoid the scam sites.there are many sites that i do join and promott but I seriously don't have any idea about which all are scam. anybody got an idea about moneycosmos.com .They are really promosing things but let's find out.
