My little girl turned 12 this month and is quickly making the transition towards entering her womanhood. It is no less surprising than when the eldest did the same. How she went from a fuzzheaded little babe in the arms to a young woman so quickly I feign can figure out. I reckon the days of pretending to be "Mr Potato Head" can now be filed away in the achieves of youth. Bitter Sweet it is to watch your young grow up and away, but she will always be MY little girl.

I understand what you're talking about because she is growing up. In fact I am twenty-three and my parents and elders always call me my childhood nickname and say how young I am. I think they still remember and would like me to be a child because I think it takes a lot to raise a child, you know? I think you should support her and be with her to help you, you know? Your description reminds me of the song "Little Girl" (the title of your discussion!) by Roxette, it is pretty good and you could probably relate to the song as it talks about being "a little girl". I wish you the best, thank you for the discussion. Pablo
