Do you believe that the word "touch" is one way of showing love?

As for me, I am a touchable person. I love to hug my girl, kiss her, hold her hands etc... I just don't understand why some girls don't like this act. Can any girls explain to us why ? I'm a very touchable person and I believe that touching is one of showing love to your love ones.

i agree with you also on how you show your love to your girl . . . 'coz in my case i also appreciate my husband giving me always hug , caress me or just tap my shoulder & hold my hands anytime we walk together. it's really showing love & care being unintentionally done with any purpose but really means a lot afterall.

well im a girl and also liked to be hug and kissed or hold my hand. but sometimes it irritates me bcoz when he do those things there are many nosy people whose watching and i dont want to be looked at by other people. i told him to minimize the public display of affection.

to tell you the truth, in a relationship its the other way around. girls are the touchy, and guys are not. guys are the one who pushes their partners away, they are the one who dont like PDA (public display of affection)
of course, its one way of showing your love, but its only for you, try looking for things that your partner will feel you love her. there are five languages of love, sorry i forgot what book is this, five ways of showing love 1. time, 2. gift, 3. touch, 4. through word or affirmation, 5. oh dear i forgot the other one. sorry for that, but in a relationship it the combination of these 5 languages.

Thank you very much for sharing your views. As what you've said, I can say that I'm a different guy compared to others. Now I know that there are five ways of showing love. I'd be happy if I'll found that book. Wish me luck.

it depends actually... i myself am a person who doesnt like to be touched. i feel uncomfortable. Weird huh? It is like i have this phobia..
Everytime someone touches me... i feel... ahh.. hard to describe. in my head i jst scream, let go of me, let go of me.
But, no offense okeh. Everyone has different opinion. You r free to touch ur girl -jst make sure she is OK with it-

oh really. Thank you for your response. Actually my girl now wants me touch her like kiss her, hug her etc. when we are together even when in public places. My girl was weird too. lol
