How can i reduse my weigth? Give me any suggestion or exercise is there any pills that realy work for weith loss?

pills and stuff, don't count on it. Find some kind of exercise that is fun, that you do not think of as exercise.

Well in my point of view the best excercise to reduce weight is Walking which is less stressfull than jogging, lifting weights nd all. U cud go for a walk in the morning or in the evening as per ur wish. Nd also try to avoid eating junk food,rather eat more salad nd low calories. This doesnt means tht u shud stop eating what u like to eat the most,but just have a control over ur diet.

These are what I heard and believe as ways to loss your weight: 1. Eat fruits early in the morning, it help your digestion. When your tummy is healthy/efficient then your chances to get an ideal body weight will increase. 2. Eat more fruits and vegies through out you day, it contains mineral and will make you feel good/less stress. 3. Dont eat 'heavy' food after dark. If your main meal is rice, then eat rice before dark/maghrib. If you eat after dark or before sleep, will sleep with all the carb from the dinner - it will become fat, so more weight. 4. Excersise, burn all the fat and built muscles! Good luck!
