How many of you here would like to learn or do anything without failure. for example learning cycling without falling. Always doing good business without loss. I think failures would teach us the techniques of doing. As failures of stepping stones to suceess.Only failures teach us what not to do. But every one would always want to succed in their life without failure. What is your opinion about this.

I totally agree with you.One should be a learner throughout the life, but one thing he should be able to learn from his failures and act accordingly to be successfull.

I think that it is important to fail in life, otherwise you don't learn as much and you don't appreciate what you have and sucseed in. As much as it hurts, it is part of growing and expanding your knowlege and personality.

I agree that failures are the stepping stones to success but only if you learn from them. Personally I hate to fail at anything but the older I'm getting the better I am at dealing with it. I suppose life would eventually be pretty dull if every single thing we ever did turned out exactly right!

A normal person will strive to learn everything without having to experience failure, to be able to strike successfully at everything he tries a hand at without having to taste any failure and defeat. Normally, too, he strives to be able to perform everything at his shining best. This is the reason why one is happy if he receives an A+ or a recognition of excellence due to a successful performance at school or at work. Yet, paradoxically, no matter how much we try, we will always have a taste of failure. The best way to treat each failure will have to be to learn from it in order that something good will come out of it. When we fall while learning to bike, we are told by this experience that what we didn't do it right. So, we examine as to where we went wrong and avoid doing it all over again. When we fail at a business venture, it is either the message for us is... we didn't do it right or that it is better that we find something else because the one we tried is not where we are good at. Going deep into the lessons of life, we shall learn that there is a need for us to ponder on things. Each success and failure will have to be studied in order to be fully aware as to what brought its coming to be. My point here is, we will be learning our lessons in life not only from failures. The brighter teachings may come forth from our successes, too. This is the reason why we cannot just rejoice at each success nor be down at each failure. We will have to work on that failure to make it a success, and we will have to work on that success to become even more successful.
