                    You should always eat 1 hour before exercising for maximum benefit. A small meal before exercising will help you in increasing the duration of exercise without feeling tired. You, should however not eat anything after exercise for about 
1 - 2 hours. Instead, if you are feeling tired then you can have some lemon juice or even have a sports drink if you are feeling too tired. Otherwise, just a few sips of water is good enough.

                    u have to eat a little or drink a glass of milk before doing the exercise because if u don't do so u will become tired very fast .u have to eat full after ur eercise to regain ur lost strength.

                    If it is done after food then it should be after 2hrs atleast ie the minimum otherwise 4 hrs after food.
