How are you getting your referral links out there?

Hi All, I just wanted to know how everybody is getting their referral links out there for moola.com? Has anyone come up with an amazing strategy they wouldn't mind sharing. I personally only have four (great) referrals. But I've been reading on the moola forum of people having over one hundred referrals (that's amazing to me). I'm also glad that moola.com is still an infant. I only see on average 400 people on at one time.
