For those of you who have free time on their hands at work, here is a cool site:

You can LISTEN to movies and TV show episodes for FREE! You have to sign-up and log-in, but it's free to use. I've never done it at work, but I've listened to a few while doing things on the computer that don't require concentration.
I listened to "8 Mile" (Eminem) last night, and a few episodes of the Simpson's this morning. They have a ton of movies on there, but only a handful of TV shows.

Wow! that is a good site you have laurie! I really do live it. I think when I was bored on a afternoon law subject and my head get aching with lots of criminal cases debates I will skip a moment and try to open that link.

Are you in law school, Maribel? I have always wanted to be a lawyer, believe it or not. I thought that the combination of my medical background and law would be an awesome one. I just don't have the energy to go back to school!

I was disappointed that it didn't have more TV shows, also. it looks as if they are just building that part of the site, because there are a lot of blank pages on there. I'm going to keep an eye on it and see if they add some more. That would really be killing 2 birds with 1 stone! If you know the characters and watch a show regularly, you could easily follow it by listening and not have to actually see the TV.

NetFlix isn't free- they are a DVD service that sends movies to you at home to view and then exchange for new ones. It's a great service if you watch a lot of movies. I used to belong, but I found that I didn't have the time to watch that many movies.

no, i like my work and i am never bored of it. I always worked in hotels i started at the age of fourtheen years as waiter in the breakfast room and now i am reservations manager in a three stars hotel in the centre of Florence,Italy. It's not a big success but i improve myself years by years and so for this reason i am not bored at all of my work

It is so good to hear of someone who loves their work! When we have to work for so many years, it really makes a big difference to love what you do. It sounds like you HAVE been a BIG SUCCESS. Don't sell yourself short. You have worked yourself up over the years and I'm sure that you know just about everything about the hotel business. That's a great accomplishment, and you should be proud. I'll bet you meet a lot of interesting people in a hotel in Florence! People from all over the world must visit.

That's a really neat idea, Laurie! I would love to use it, but I already have so many British comedy radio shows backed up to listen to as it is, that I doubt that I'll find the time, lol! But I love the fact that you can listen to just about any program that you want to, for free! I think that that's a great concept, and I'm sure that soon enough almost all of our favorite programs will also be on the internet to watch anytime for free, as well!

That's what I thought. It takes a bit of getting used to to be able to follow the story without seeing it; just like audio books are difficult for some to follow. I find it a great distraction in the background when I'm multi-tasking on the computer.

Work, no I am not bored at work! lol But am bored at home! lol One can only do so much housework and even then that becomes too much! Not having much luck getting work, (maybe my age has something to do with it!) lol

It's nice to see this 1...ther are many sites..but dont how many work and not work...post these types of sites and also that are related to gamedownloads and intresting things
