What percentage of humans are idiots?

I believe that a large amount of the worlds population can be complete morons. I know that I am not supposed to judge people but I'm serious, sometimes it is just like what was this guy thinking. You know. I believe at least 75% of the worlds population are complete idiots. What percentage would you say?
