Does anyone know any good work from home jobs?

The internet is filled with work from home ads which are usually bogus and usually require upfront money. I know that if they require an initial investment, more than likely it's a possible scam. If your looking for a online job, more often than not your not going to be loaded with extra cash that you can blow to try out these programs, so this never made since to me. So does anyone know of any good work from home jobs such as customer service representatives, order fillers, etc. that don't require upfront money, and seem to be an honest company that isn't trying to make a quick buck and run?
