frustrated

Pencil - This pencil symbolizes my frustration. Sometimes when you can't vent out to anyone, your pencil is your stressball.

sometimes, I get so frustrated at work because the people i work with does not know the value of teamwork. They dont even know what team means. i mean in every organization, there is no success for inidividual effort. i dont know how this group will succeed if they feel they can do everything on their own. i am just so frustrated today.

I had that same problem at my old job. None of them could work as a team. They thought everyone else should do all the work so nothing ever got done. It's really frustrating when you need to work as a team to get something done but no one will cooperate.

that's the exact situation i am in right now. i mean i can take in all the pressure of work and stress...but an arrogant one man worker..i just can't! i'm already thinking of another job.

Well moonandstar, don't get upset by that. Today lots of people wanna climb up on their own, for sit in better place on their own. I somehow agree with teamwork the successfull rate higher than individual. But individual work also can be success just how the requirement should be. In my work place here, there are many of them who are comfortable working individually and always get in trouble when asking to do in group. I think it's time to do some motivation about organization goals...
