I am thinking of doing my first cycle. Any Help?

I am naturally thin (skinny), but have managed to maintain 185lbs with 7 % body fat for 2 years. I have been trying to gain 15lbs. I am 6'2 and want to be 200 -210lbs. I Eat lots and work out 5 hours a week. After Every meal (4 a day) I force down an extra meal replacement or protein shake. I shouldn't be under nourished.
QUESTION: What is the safest and most effective tab as I will never inject.
What dosage? How long do I take it? What other supplements/drugs will I have to take to minimize side effects?
Any info would be appreciated. Thanx

I am naturally thin myself but not as talla s you are. I am only 5 ft (short). The way I see it, for your height your current weight is ideal. what is your BMI though?
I know that most people who don't smoke, avoid seafood and eating lots of carbohydrate are in general gaining weight real easy.
