When I first joined I didn't do so well either. First, I would get a different avatar. Sometimes people look for certain ones. Yours is the one you get when you join and its kind of boring. No offense meant. Then I would respond to many discussions with good quality answers and more people will notice you. Be patient and good luck.

You just keep trying! It's not necessarily that nobody wants to respond, it's that in any given moment hundreds, or more, discussions are being posted. It could simply be that they never get seen, and that's what you have friends for. :) to post something on some of them, you just have to remember to reciprocate.

Do you respond to everyone on your friends list? Do you respond back to people when they enter into your discussions? I use to worry about it but I don't anymore. Worrying get ya know where. Be patient in time you will get a topic that people will grab onto and respond.

Perhaps you need to look at the popular discussions of the day and see what you could do to make yours more like those. You need to make sure that you have a subject matter that people know a lot about as well as something that they can write more than a few words on.

I happened to check on your profile to see some of your discussions and I can understand why you're getting frustrated. Don't let this matter bothered you too much. Just try to broaden up your horizon and come up with some unique discussions that people will easily identify. Anyway, you're a novice here and I'm sure you will begin to bring out more of your creative ideas. You can also spare a little of your time to answer back those who care to respond to you. Happy posting.

Don't be discouraged just continue to post discussions someone will reply. Don't relay on people just do what you gotta do to get the job done.
