Do you know anyone who does 'Parkour'?

Parkour is the sport where you run over and along and across, and leap down from, buildings and anything that's in your way, in an urban setting. There's a great example of it in the latest James Bond movie, Casino Royale.

I think is is an amazing art it is also used in Live Free or Die Hard by Cyril Raffaelli, I had seen it before but knew it only as street/urban/free running, it is spectacular totally amazing. That scene in Casino Royale was well done, it's a pity that Cyril Raffaelli had to be a bad guy as I would have enjoyed seeing more of it.
