Why Navjyotsingh Siddhu laughs?

Now, it is a matter of investigation, as to why Mr. Siddhu continuously laughs his way in this show, even if there is no humour? Guys, please see this show on TV and see the way he laughs withour any rason and without any provocation...pls tell me why he laughs..?
