Changing jobs or sticking to one job

Which one do you prefer? It is more secure to stick to the same job and grow in the same industry because you become more aquainted with all the functioning of the industry. If you change jobs there is certainly a small amount of risk and therer is also an uncertainity about the nature of the job. What do you like to do?

it depend actually...if the motive of changing your job is to find another one which offers higher that what you presently in..then why not..if its for your advancement,i mean career wise..
