Both Languages will be good to know in business, but if you know Spainish, you will be in demand everywhere, especially in North America.I would learn Spainish first then Japanese later.

I'm curious about which careers would Spanish prove useful in. Could you please provide some examples. I want to make the better choice here.

i think it's better to take japanese. because nowadays, it's really an advantage when applying for jobs if you know how to speak japanese. as we all know, japan is a very progressive country, and there are a lot ofjapanese businessmen all over the world. i know someone who applied for a job in a very prestigious bank here in our country. during the interview, she was asked if she knows how to speak japanese because most of their clients in that bank are japanese. she wasn't hired eventhough she graduated with high grades, and the bank hired the other one who is currently taking japanese lessons. so if i were you, i'd choose japanese.

I'm thinking about taking Spanish now and in a couple years I start picking up Japanese. True, I'd like to make business and Japan, but recently someone told me to first get what I know mastered and then pick up an Oriental language. That way I know Spanish, Japanese, English, and my own language, Bengali.
