How many days a week do you exercise?

I aim to run seven days a week, but because I'm a student, life tends to get hectic. I usually end up running five days a week, which works out fine for me. I don't like to schedule days off though -- that's when I get lazy and start skipping days altogether. If I plan to run every day though, missing one or two mornings a week because of unforeseen circumstances isn't a big deal.

I want to start doing some other activities too. I know that running is good for cardiovascular health, but I should probably be doing weight training as well or something.

I am currently doing 1 workout a week for an average of an hour each time during lunch time at work. I will try to increase it to 3 workout per week in the next couple of week. I need to reduce 3 kg to return to my ideal BMI.

If I have no chance to exercise regularly, I will try to avoid foods that will result in high chloresterol or harmful effects. Eg: favorite fried stuff
