Crisscross 2 button toddler top with bloomers.

My mom had the cutest toddler pattern in 1971 when my niece was about 2. It was a one piece top that criss crossed at the shoulders and buttoned. It had matching bloomers. I know it was a simplicity pattern but I couldn't find in any books. Does any one have it or know pattern number?
