Is respect a MUST

Do you think we must respect the seniors(of any college)just because they are 1year elder than us? Thoug you might not have respected them in your schools.

I think that you should treat everybody at school and those who you encounter anywhere in life with respect,whether they are young or old. You will get along better in the world by treating all people respectfully regardless of their diversity.
