Simple Ways to Check Bad Breath

When you blow out into your cup hand over your mouth and nose and if you smell foul then, you most probably having bad breath (or halitosis)
Well do you know any other simple whys to check bad breath?

Usually you can kinda just tell by the taste in your mouth. You can kinda feel that its not its freshest or you can still tell there is something causing it to smell like something bad you ate.

I think the best way to know if you have halitosis or bad breath is by asking your mate about it. If your ashamed of then asked your children if you have bad breath, as you could always get honest answers from our children.
