What is your Profession?

Many a times, we find in various application forms the question of our source of income.
I always tick profession and if it is a loan application, then I specify "COMPUTER PROFESSIONAL".
Can I know whatz your preofession?

I am an industrial engineer. I work as plant manager in a facility with 300 employees. The factory produces sliced bread. I joy this work, but I woluld like to start up a new activity, not too devoted in time but that both interest myself and make me make some bulks.

I actually have two. I am a RN but went back to accounting because I realized I loved working with number and being in an office setting my own hours.
