What extend do you go to to keep your mouth fresh? Do you use breath mints/strips? I've read they are quite bad for you if you use too much? What do you think about this? Does this make you think twice before you buy tooth products next times?

Yeah, chewing gums, mints are chemicals which may be harmful to our health and they may be carcinogens. So I think the better way to keep one mouth free of odor is to rinse the mouth more often in daytime or at night before going to bed. Eat as little meat as possible, eat more vegetables and fruit but less beans, then the breath would smell fresher because some bad breaths are actually caused by food residues being trapped in the digestive system and fruits, vegetables are the stuffs which are helpful on clearing the residues.
