i got a bag of cocoa powder sitting in my fridge and i dont know what to do with it. i believe it must be mad at me now for i havent used it for about a month (no its not yet breathing, or photosynthesizing lol). do you have any interesting recipes that uses cocoa powder? aside from the obvious brownies and chocolate cakes.

You can add a little to chili for a cocoa-mole flavor. Healthy chocolate pudding Makes about 2 cups * 2 cups fortified soy milk or rice milk * 3 tablespoons cocoa * 5 tablespoons cornstarch * 1/2 cup sugar * 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine milk, cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and vanilla in a saucepan. Whisk smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until pudding is very thick. Pour into individual serving dishes and chill. Cocoa banana muffins o 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour o 1 cup rolled oats o 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar o 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa o 1 T baking powder o 1/4 t baking soda o 1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 small) o 1/2 cup milk o 5 1/3 T margarine, melted o 1 t vanilla Preheat the oven to 400F/205C. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking liners. Combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, combine the mashed bananas, milk, margarine and vanilla. Add the banana mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just moistened. Spoon the batter into prepared muffin cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffins comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
