anyone here recently quit smoking?

I have just worked out on 4th march it will be 7 months since I quit using Zyban. I still have times when I miss it though, although its nice not coughing all the time. Anyone else recently quit or thinking about it?

good job.. I tried to quit but found it very difficult but I will keep on trying .. I just bought some niccorette gum
