I prefer a pool . We can go to the ocean or see anytime we want but I am nervous of the water . I took my children to the beach a couple of years ago and my daughter wasn't out very deep with a boogey board , of couse the tide changed her position and when she went to get off it was over her head , I was screaming for someone to help me and everyone was just looking at me like I had lost it as she didn't look like she was out that deep . But I could tell by the look of fear on her face not to mention she was screaming that something was wrong . My niece ended up going out to help her and when she came in , I was so freaked out that we bought a swimming pool . I feel much safer with a pool .

I prefer the sea first, and then the pool. Well,a actually, wait, it depends on the sea. If it's a clear, sparkling sea, then there's no more need for the swimming pool, but if it's a dirty or blurry sea, like The Black Sea, then I would also need a pool to swim in clear, blue waters, because that's what I actually like.:D

I would choose swimming pool if I need the workout but if I want to have fun I'll definitely pick the sea. Both has pros and cons so it will really depend on the swimmers' preferences. I live in the city so in order to get to the beach I may need to travel 2-3 hours whilst going to a swimming pool can be as fast as 10 minutes.
