Janet Evanovich is sometimes classified as Chicklit, though I know a lot of men who read her because they wonder why their wives are laughing like idiots while they are reading a book.

My favourite genre in literature: I'll just the classics. And the Beat generation.

Interesting, my teenage daughter likes the Beats too. Maybe it was all those beets she ate as a baby, huh? LOL

My favorite is a good thriller, but I can get into a lot of other books and movies of a different genre if they are well written/acted.
