Let me first tell ,i'm not an expert dermatologist or anything. These methods helped me with acne.I've found some easy ways to avoid getting acne other than the usual drink water, get more sleep, blah blah blah... I have a habit of constantly resting my face on my hands during calass and whenever I'm bored, but I tried cutting that habbit for a week and no acne has appeared on my cheeks.I didn't even get enough sleeop.because of midterm exams. So I think the oil in my hands were been spread on my face along with dirt. another tip is putting chapstick on your acne scars over night help reduce the redness next day,it's permrenant too,not like those anti-redness /redness reducers that only work for a day.I think it's vaseline in the chapstick that helps relieve the redness. your comments?

i wish i heard that when i was in high school years ago. but that would pose some problems with men. chapstick will be a bad reputation when my classmates will see my holding that. but the hands-off method appears sound. the face that gets acne normally produce so much oil, and when you touch your face with those dirty hands (dust alone makes the hands dirty) bacteria will create a new colony in their new oily land.

Thank you for this tip, I have never thought of that but it seems very plausible. The grease of your hands spreading over your face, thus creating acne. I`ll try to keep my hands away for a while and see if it improves my condition. Thanks.
