I dont know... Ive been on ebay for 3 years and have yet to be suspended. Maybe its the things you are doing as a seller or buyer that get you terminated. Try paying for and selling items in a timely fashion and you wont get suspended!

SPAM?!? No I wanted to help people to get back in ebay.
However I have appreciated your comment.
One day suspended ebaiers will win the battle against ebay.
Why not create an auction for all suspended ebaiers around the globe? An auction where they can buy and sell without problems!
