yeah. This is true that friend in need is a friend in deed. Because there are so many incidents we had saw in our life ..So , from that incidents we understand that friend in need is a friend in deed.

The statement 'A friend in need is a friend in deed/indeed' is always true.........but 'A friend in (whose) need...his/her own or your need?? that is a big question....
