Thanks to the government's policies and pushing that forget about women lagging behind instead there should be question saying are men getting behind? With the phenomenal opportunities available exclusively for women they are sailing ahead pretty smoothly. They are going good by being in top positions. http://www.earnwhileyoulearn.co.nr/

hmmm. maybe we women do more now than before... but lets admit it... we still feel good when our man being gentleman to us... showing our feminine characters still matters to them ... we still want their protection... I guess womwn is still woman in face of a man. needed to be respected and taken care of.

That is true and for that men are responsible. Actually it varies from place to place, where education has spread immensly their things are improving, while some areas where we still lack education and in poor countries situation about women being suppressed in life are more common. The recent example of the corrective measure against this is the making the prize money equal for men an women in one of the tennis games.

no. women have held jobs only men have held in the past years. women now have the opportunity to make more money than men. so no i don't think women are still lagging behind men. we are no longer dependent on them for everything like we used to be.

"Violence against women is perhaps the most shameful human rights violation, and it is perhaps the most pervasive. It knows no boundaries of geography, culture or wealth. As long as it continues, we cannot claim to be making real progress towards equality, development, and peace."

are they still being exploited, brutalized, and treated unequally? yes. But thats a result of a patriarchical society that is threatened by women. I dont know why men have always been so scared of women, it's sad that their own insecurites have kept more than half of all human beings (cuz women out number men) as second class citizens. Are they just as strong and capable as men, if not more so?-absolutely and I think women will prove their power more and more in the years to come.
