Online poker ban?

A recent bill that has been passed has declared online poker as "illegal" while some online sites are pulling outta the US market, others have found ways around it. Whats your take?

Too many people have gambled and lost all of their money to these sites...I think they need tighter controls and limits to prevent this from happening.
