Does anyone else hate Meredith?

I know that Meredith is the title character, but I know that I can't be the only one who finds her so incredibly annoying. I think the show would be so much better without her. Really why does the show need her? Do you agree or disagree? Is Meredith really anyones favorite character?

I don't really care for her. She seems too whiny for me. I like Christina and Burke as well as George, but my favorite is Callie. My husband says she reminds me of myself. I don't know aboutt aht but I think she is the best and I am so glad they made her a main character.

No. I like Meredith. I really think that she is what mekes the show. I know that she can be whiny, but that is what makes the show so interesting. She portrays a normal person trying to find herself and what is important in life. The show wouldn't be the same with out her.

I'm not sure I understand her anymore. trying to drown herself in the bath tub? Saying that she doesn't want McDreamy to be her knight in shining armor riding to her rescue? Not fighting to pull herself up out of Puget Sound? I know her mother's comments messed with her mind, but---?

not really a favorite. i am more of a YANG person than meredith.
i just don't like her voice over sometimes. where she repeats
a certain sentence/phrase word and tries to make it cute. but she's okay.

I don't really like Meredith at all - I was little disappointed when she didn't get killed off:( That episode was so anti-climatic. I find her very wishy-washy, it is rather annoying.

I love her. the entire show practically revolves around her relationship with McDreamy! I pretty much think all the characters are essential.

She is not my favorite but I don't dislike her. She can be annoying at times but I still like her and the character she plays. I'm glad she will still be around!

I completely disagree, I love Meredith. She's the backbone of the show. How could the show go on without her messy love life and depressed moments? The one who really gets on my nerves is Izzie. I don't think the writers know what to do with her anymore. Her character is so random right now.
