Why was it so wrong for this man to cry. We always say that these men are made of stone and have no feelings. Maybe we should be glad that they really are human after all. Just because he wept it does not mean that he is weak.

It is not the fact that he is a man. It is the fact that he has a job of the law, and you are not supposed to be emotionally attached to a verdict when you are the judge.

I understand that all that gets to me is the attention it has received, men are being killed over in Iraq, young boys are being shot in London and crying judge makes headline news. Crazy Times!

Know what? I don't really care that he cried, big deal, a man crying. What I care about is the fact that they kept showing it on the news. It wasn't news, how is that relevant to the world, that a judge broke down and cried? I've been sick of hearing Anna Nicole Smith's name in recent weeks on the news, and now we have to listen to the news yapping on about a judge crying. Give it a rest you boring newshounds. Get onto to some real news stories! There my rant is over now LOL!

i agree, i think it is good that judges get some publicity to show that they are real, i think that if you spend days hearing about something it will beome personal so when you have to present your opinion to people it would be emotional.
