I love cheesecake and Brownies so imagine when they are combined into one desert. Pure heaven! This is one of those recipes that are so yummy. You will love it and it will pick up your spirits on these yucky winter days. I use my homemade brownie mix but you can use a store bought one. I put the directions for a commercial one as it is what most people use. Enjoy! Brownie Cheesecake 1 (19.8 or 21.5-oz) box fudge brownie mix 3 (8-oz.) cream cheese, softened 1 can sweetened condensed milk 3 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips Preheat oven to 350. Grease the bottom only of a 9-inch springform pan. Prepare brownie mix as per package instructions for chewy brownies. Spread evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and the vanilla; mix well. Stir in the mini chocolate chips at the last minute. Pour into prepared pan. Reduce oven temperature to 300. Bake for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove sides of springform pan (you may want to use a warm knife to separate the cheesecake from the sides of the pan). Garnish with you favorite whipped cream topping and then with a few leftover mini chips sprinkled over the top.

Cheesecake is one of my favorites, but I'm a straight cheesecake fan - no chocolate, no cherries, no fruit - just plain. This will be one that one of my daughters will love though ~As always, thanks for sharing ~Donna
