I was just thinking about that the other day. I started an older novel, a begining of a series I was interested in and found it to be irritating the restrictions they had due to lack of technology. It was written in the 80's. We have come a long way. I know I am dependant on mine. Caroline

i lived over half my life without computers and I can tell you it isn't so bad. As a matter of fact it is really much better for you. You talk with your family more....you read more....you do all the things that you don't do now that you are on the computer so much. While there is so many things that the computer does help there are also so many things that are not so good. It can and had become an addition. We soon find that when we are not on everything else seems boring and we can't wait to get back. The personal computer has become a blessing and a curse all at the same time and only we have control over which it is.
