Imagine that you have a date with a girl that you live very very much, or even love. Tonight is the big night and you know she's going to look gorgeous, and you have tried to look as good as possible. Everything is prepared, everything is possible. But you feel anxiety, anticipation, you cannot wait for the time to come. Do you have any advices about how to deal with such moments? about how to stay calm? I am all ears my friends.

not being excited with someone you like very much and having a date with her would not be normal my suggestion is try not to overdo yourself act normally act on how you would everyday trying to overdo yourself might be what she would see and would expect from you everytime

I remember I always uncalm before first dates. Sometimes I even trembled, like with cold! I tried not to show it. I would advise to stay calm, be positive, all in all be yourself, not to exaggerrate. After all, if it's not your person, it doesn't matter how you feel during your first date - nervous or calm.

Think about this... She is probably AS NERVOUS or MORE SO than YOU... Here she has been asked out by this charming, wonderful gentleman, and she wants to make sure that she looks PERFECT for you... So I would just take the lead and relax :) It has been my experience that if on a date I start out at the beginning by setting a relaxed tone, and not be afraid to laugh at myself and just be a little silly, we both have a great time... Humor, laughter, and FUN makes all my dates complete successes... And at the end of the evening, we usually wind things down with a walk while holding hands, just talking like we have known each other for years... Or we will cuddle on the sofa and watch a romantic movie or listen to soft music (classical or light jazz or soft rock is always a good choice), and just enjoy the moment... Now here's the kicker... I have found that the girl is JUMPING MY BONES (in most cases :) So there is my experience... I hope it helps! Peace my brother, JM
