I go for 4 to 4.5 k.m. brisk walk per day in the morning. It takes about 40 to 45 minutes.

But I found walking burns less calorie compared to jogging. I started jogging in between walking.

Walking sucks, no pun intended. Real people run. Running is the best exercise there is. It really makes your heartbeat rise so you know you are getting rid of those calories that you got during the day.
