I have so many rock vocalists that I like, but I don't to be selfish so I'll give you all the chance to give yours'. Then maybe I could give some of my though about them from there on. So who is your favorite rock vocalist, and why? Form what band are they, generations and their genre? All ye Rockers out there, come and participate!;)

rock concert - the kamikazee band together with parokya ni edgar and voaclist of kezo ian tayao (left side).
i love rock bands as much as i love their vocalist. in foreign land it will be brandon boyd of incubus, berth of the used, one of my favorite claudio sanchez of coheed and cambria, i dont know the name but i love the voices of coldplay, the killers, hetfield of metallica, zack de la rocha and vocalist of ramones. i dont know but i really love the voice of ozzy especially in their song paranoia and also save ferris. in local scene i love the voice of ian tayao of kezo former cheeze, iya of imago, reg rubio of greyhounds, raymund marasigan of sandwich and i dont know if this counts but cynthia alexander too. theres this new band named typecast that i love the voice i think you know him since he is from cavite. and yeah jay of kamikazee cause whenever he performs thers a side show of stand up comedy.

Though I only know some of them, I don't actually have any clue of how great they really are. But I believe they must be very good to their own repertoire, since you've named some of the good ones too!;) I actually don't know about this up and coming band that you said was from cavite, I really am not that actively listening to local musicians lately. But I do like the voice of Cynthia Alexander, she's one of the best on her genre..

I have too many favorites and my taste in music is very wide and varied, just a few that comes to my mind this moment: James Hetfield from Metallica, Mic Jagger from The Rolling Stones.. I would say Sting from the Police and Phil Collins from Genesis but they are solo now..

James Hetfield is still awesome and Metallica could still draw more audiences, to which I think they are 'Hollier than thou'!;) Mic Jagger and the Stones are still rolling and as what they say, 'Don't Stop'!;) I still like their music and the tune I think gets better and better, though I think their age has already shown how far they'd been through.. I think Sting and 'The Police' are having some reunion, I saw on the latest Awards night that they fronted -sorry if I forgot the Awards' title!;) I like 'Roxanne' for a change. LoL For Phil Collins, I think he still has he's music within him, maybe just waiting for the right time to form with his band again. I feel a little 'Groovy knd of Love'!;)

I don't follow much of the bands right now, especially those new ones that growls and roars. But I think they are also okay. Dave Mustaine is also good, he did good even after departing from metallica..
