The airport at Phenix in UStest a new X-ray technology that can see through people's clothes with blush-inducing clarity. As security is the main concern, are you willing to go through this.

Why not? I'm a bit of an exhibisionist and if they want to look at my naughty bits they are welcome. Rather that than a full-on search, as I really do not like to be touched by strangers in airports. Well, depending on the situation...

When and where did they test this? I flew into Phoenix on February 8th, and I flew out of Phoenix on February 22nd. I flew in and out of terminal 4. I remember going through a metal detector, but nothing else really. I did have to take off my shoes... it's getting crazy!!

You are right. I don't think we need to worry too much as the sucurity has adjusted the equipment to make the image look like a line and yet still be able to detect concealed weapons

The security officer working with the passenger going through the screening willnot see the images the machine produces. The pictures will be viewed by another officer about 15m away who will not see the passenger

If the scanner doesn't show our private parts, I will definitely go through it.

The machine is adjusted to a level that only outline is seen and will not show private parts ,but revealed concealed weapons
