Asian Resturaunt Cooking: Who here really knows how to make crab rangoons?

I keep trying to find the right recipe online on how to make Crab Rangoons (crab puffs) but every single one I tried comes out like crap. It doesn't taste like the ones from the resturaunts. I have looked online everywhere and tried their recipes from sites nobody knows how to do it. Anyone know how to make it taste better or like the resturaunts? Any key ingridients?

Not every restaurant uses the same ingridients in their rangoons. I think you'll just really have to experiment with them to find what you want them to taste like. Secondly, I also think their taste depends on the wraps. You can find rangoon wraps at a lot of stores nowadays.
