Getting paid for uploading pictures

Do we get paid the same amount for uploading pictures with our discussions and for adding them to interest pictures? Does anybody know? Cheers

To be honest leny I don't anyone really know the paying criteria here, I have seen so many different things, I think you may get a point for pictures but I think the big thing with it all is quality in the posts.
