What do you mean by Servant Leadership?

"I come to serve and not to be serve. The Greatest should be the servant of all." Jesus said. Are you humble enough to serve. To clean the dishes, to sweep the floor, to an errand for your subordinates. What other ways can we show leadership - in serving others.

The greatest way you could serve in the eyes God is to help the poor,cure the sick,shelter the homeless and dress the undressed.
