I believe that a person's lifestyle is the cause of their sickness, even if you live in a rural or remote area but you eat lot's of junkfoods you will certainly get sick. I live in the city and i'm often exposed to air pollution even inside our house but I don't get sick, not even the slightest symptom of colds because I know how to eat healthy and I drink vitamins everyday. Also people who live in the city tend to eat more fastfoods than real food making them a great target for sickness.

Thank you for your comment. I too take vitamins. I live in a subdivision. My neighbor is in a business that used cooking oil, the smoke is very bad for my lungs. Otherwise this place is peaceful, its not a busy street.

yes i agree with you pollution and city life are synonyms, vehicular traffic, industrial revolution have contributed a lot in adding pollutants in the milieu, every minute we are exposed to one or the other pollutants, they have become a part of life wheres as remote areas are calm and really soothing, life just seems to stand still there.

I moved myself from Rome To Milan and I note that in Milan there's more pollution than Rome and my skin is very dirty and my body is less immunized.I've flue more times than when I lived Rome and here every food has a different taste.the fruit doesn't have a fruit taste and the water too is different.

The biggest pollution problems where I live are caused by road users, and factories. Water pollution is also a problem; even the quality of bottled water you buy is not pure enough for me to drink.
