Money from Blog?

I heard that some of MyLotters earn some cash from their own blog. Some said that they get paid for every advertisement in their blog. Can anybody tell me: 1. how can advertiser contact and pay you ? 2. How can you earn money from your blog even though you not selling anything? Anybody earn from his/her blog please reply!
