Is use of technology in business bad for employees???

I think that depends todays generation kinda shows that machines are very efficient and could replace the job of a human being. But its not that bad to just use some technology. Whatever it does it could never replace good old elbow grease.

Technology helps the business a lot. It lessens daily expenses, and it makes output more faster. But sad to say it is true that it can affect many employees. If you have such technology an output of 10 person will be done only by one machine in lesser time. So if youare and investor or owner of a business which do you prefer. More production in technology? or less production with the use of human employees. Thats the big challenge now in the business industries.
