Can you name this flower?

I have just digitally manupulated the colour . Can you tell the name of the flower. Add some of its fascinating colours.

It looks like either a rose or a tulip! LOL! The leaves around it look like rose leaves, but it doesn't look tight enough for a rosebud. So I will guess a tulip.
