Can anyone explain to me what a LIST means here at mylot?

I opened a discussion regarding posting recipes as a topic or a discussion and a very kind responder mentioned that posting recipes is no different from making a list... im kinda baffled by this one, what does making a list exactly mean? your explanations are greatly appreciated.

Perhaps you should ask them. I have seen lots of discussions regarding recipies and as far as I can tell it is ok to do. Good luck.
