CP Angle Tumor

Have you heard of CP angle tumor? This is a noncarcinogenic brain tumor seen in middle aged and aged people. The first symptom is impaired hearing and swaying while walking. Once the tumor grows beyond 3.5 cm in size, a hydrocephalous may occur and some patients may get pain. It can lead to complication once grown to big size. If the size is less than 3.5 cm gamma knife laser (non-invasive) surgry is possible. Beyond 3.5 cm, invasive surgery needs to be done. Complete surgery may cause facial distortion. Heard of this?
